In fact, its depend on your use, where you want to use it, I suggest if you want to submit the Rent Agreement in the office of Passport, Banks and want to submit in any Office by claiming HRA (House Rent Allowance), you should made it on 100/- Rupees Stamp paper and if you want a Gas connection by submitting Rent agreement in that case you should made it on 50/- Rupees Stamp paper and if you do not want to submit anywhere and just want to made it as a proof of tenancy, you should made it on either 10/- or 20/- Rupees stamp paper.
